To met the needs of development and the demand of high-quality and high-skill talents, the seminar was founded.

Tianjin Sino-Germany Polytechnic School held the launch ceremony on January 26, 2013, announcing the establishment of the seminar. Leaders and backbones of the seminars presented. Energy Source, subordinated to PartnerX presented as enterprise representative.

In the conference, the work details and plan were discussed and the cultivation of creation and practical ability were emphasized so that a series of projects and contests were introduced.
