Guangmaoda Robot Topped ROBOCUP China Open

Shanghai Guangmaoda Partner Robotics Co., Ltd. for the first time took charge of the 2009 ROBOCUP China Open, which was hosted by Chinese Association of Automation Contest Work Committee, ROBOCUP Chinese Committee and Hi-tech R&D Center of MOST. The contest concluded at Shanghai University yesterday. Students from over 60 distinguished universities from 20 provinces in China, Hong Kong and Macao took part in this contest.

 

In the contest with the most technology content, teams and the most competitive football contest, AS-RO from Guangmaoda performed perfectly. It lost only one point in nine matches with 70 goals. It won all games and topped in medium group. Next year, AS-RO will represent China to take part in ROBOCUP World cup in Singapore.
